Reversing is a time-honored magical working in which we can send negative or manipulative energies back to their source; a helpful practice for dealing with magical or psychic attack, OR it is used to invert the flow of energies and events in a situation that is not going your way.
You will need a red & black candle (if possible, in a pinch any color will do), a mirror, a piece of paper, and a pen.
